ABOUT FRANK KENNEDY
Frank has over 30 years teaching experience and was the first teacher to establish the Alexander Technique in Ireland. He received his training from the renowned Walter Carrington.
He is a member of S.T.A.T. (Society of teachers of the Alexander Technique) for which he is media co-ordinator in Ireland, he is also a member A.T.I. Alexander Technique International.
Frank has a full time teaching practise in Dublin, teaching pupils one to one in ½ hour lessons.
His work also extends into the Corporate Sector where he conducts customised in-house workshops.
He regularly appears in the Press and has featured on both Radio and Television.
Qualified teachers of the Alexander Technique have completed a three-year full time training course.
