Poor posture – round shoulders, slouched back and tense muscles labours the body and can be a contributing factor in fatigue.
The Alexander Technique works by helping people to identify and prevent harmful postural habits that can cause a drain on nervous energy.
The Alexander Technique is taught one to one in ½ hour lessons. Gently tense muscles are released, posture is improved and a person is guided in how to perform their daily activities in a relaxed and co-ordinated way.
