The Alexander Technique is a practical solution to problems of posture, muscular tension and poor breathing.

The Alexander Technique is taught one to one in ½ hour lessons.

Gently tense muscles are released and a person is guided up to their full height, in the same way round shoulders are eased out thereby improving breathing.
